Yes I can stress, especially about making sure I can pay for things by due date.
Just today I'm a bit stressed about how I'm going to afford things if I don't get a job soon.
But I try not to let it make me lose sleep over it. I have faith that things will work out, I just need to watch my spending for now

I don't stress at all. I trust in God that all will work out... and it always does. I believe that everything happens for a reason.

So...would I stress less if I believed in God?
    Honestly curious.
I'm an atheist so maybe that's my problem??

No. I don't think your beliefs make any difference.

I believe in a God, but was an extremely stressed out/highly strung person. I take meds now and it's all happy days

I'm 100% atheist and i don't stress. I guess for some people praying and faith is a useful tool to alleviate stress, but it's not the only thing you can use. Just like not everyone does exercise but i find it a useful tool to de-stress, doesn't mean it would or should work for everyone.

I don't stress a great deal. I'm not religious at all, but I am 'aware' - aware of the sufferings of other people in the world. I have been exposed to different people, countries and cultures. At the end of the day, whatever I am experiencing is probably not as bad as what others are going through. I like to view a lot of my problems as being 'first world' issues. I am lucky.

I stress about everything, mostly mine and DH's health, money, and now whether I will ever get pregnant. And when I've got kids, I'll stress about them too.

I blame my stress-y nature on my mum, who is the biggest worry-wart in the world, and it has majorly rubbed off on me. I'm much better than she is though, which is hard to believe sometimes.

I am not a stresser. DH worries about everything! He says I'm very laid back, but doesn't always mean it as a compliment

ETA - we have a huge mortgage, about to have baby #3 later this year. I am not religious at all.

I don't stress much, and when I do stress it is short lived and I'm an atheist. My dad is the same. My mum and sister stress and worry about every tiny little thing. It must be hard feeling stressed so often.
