    Default Evening Primrose Oil

I've heard that EPO is good for increasing EWCM at O time? Do you use it/did you use it?

Did it affect your cycle? Did it work? How much do you take?

I also heard that you should take it after ovulating as it can cause your uterus to contract and it could impede implantation.

Anyone want to clarify for me?

i was also taking it thinking it would increase my cervical mucous. but i was at my doctors for other reasons and mentioned to him and said to stop taking while ttc. i guess it depends on each individual and perhaps talk to you doctor about it. also i have heard pre seed is good if you are worried about lack of EWCM?

I think I probably make enough ewcm but I was just looking for ways to up my chances of conceiving quickly, and read about EPO. Apparently it's also good for PMT though which sounds good! Haha

I took it for 2 cycles (only before ovulation) as well as Vitex to regulate cycles. I'm not sure if they really had an effect but I did get pregnant in the 2nd cycle of taking it. We had been trying for 18 months prior to this too.
