    Default Reaching breaking point

    Just feeling like everything is getting too much for me. I'm getting some support from a therapist but tonight I'm just so on edge. Im. Angry, agitated and exhausted all at the same time. Never sh but really feeling like I need to do something, anything to stop feeling like this.
    I just feel like I should just end things now as things can not and will nit improve. I just had some bad news about my physical health and the toll taken on my mental health is just too much......

    Hi all,

    Made it through another day. Thanks for all your kind words. I'm exhausted as I only got a couple of hours sleep last night. Dd is tucked up in bed for the night so I'm off to bed once masterchef is over.

    Life is just one huge roller coaster I crashed again tonight after not too bad a day.
    Dh is only just home from work drinks even although it was meant to be 7

    Wishing I could go to sleep and never wake up.....
