Sorry if anyone has asked this already - how long does it take centrelink to get actual wages from ATO? We submitted our tax two nights ago.

We got sent a letter saying "Because your child is overseas your family tax payments are changing". I was like huh? My child is definitely in Aus lol. Some auto stuff up.

Yes I underestimated, I estimated correctly in July last year but for some dumb reason changed my estimate to $15,000 less in Oct- DS2 was 2 weeks old and I wasn't thinking right.

Yes you are eligible for centrelink benefits if you get the CO form AFAIK

They have really made a mess of it this year. First with the SKB where heaps of people didn't receive it all because they changed the date kids left school. They had my primary school child's details down as having left school, yet my 17 and 18 year old high school kids (who ARE leaving in a year) were not affected. Go figure.
Then the reduction in part A Supp for some unknown reason. A change in your child's circumstances is baffling and very general. An actual reason would be good. Might ring and ask. I did need to provide the Medicare number for my 12 month old bub. Something to do with confirming her immunisation. I did this by the 30th though. No idea.
