    You need to click on the finance button (in the bottom corner) and it will take you to the screen that has the info.

    Apparently my ftb part a supplement has been reduced to my my childs circumstances.....No idea what the hell that means.. nothing has changed and i did receive the full supplement for each child.
    Its so confusing.

    Mine says the same thing, part A reduced due to a change in child's circumstances. No idea what changed!! I've noticed a few people mentioned the same thing.

    Yep me too and everything's the same?? I thought it would change when child goes to school or turns 6? But I have 3 children, 4 and under ??!!

    Possibly for your 4 year old you need to let them know they are up to date with their immunisations.

    I'm not sure, sorry. I can't remember if I had to tell them or not, was just thinking of ideas why it would change.

    Mine says the same thing.
    I lodged our tax last Thursday and my supps were paid on Tuesday.
