Weird considering i got one on the 10th, and am due to get one on the 24th (this thursday)

It seems to be the luck of the draw depending on how helpful the operater is. I've tried to get some info 4 times this month and finally got a nice lady who put it through yesterday to be paid tomorrow. They all told me different things. For example, they can't push it through manually or they can only do that if there is something to update, and yet the lady yesterday said it was due to go in on Thursday, but she gave it a little push and it will go in a day earlier.

I was also told if you get paid FTB on say the 24th, then it will show in the app/online on the 22nd. So it will show two days prior to your regular pay day because that's when the payment is issued.

Also, I found that when you call, and the automated voice asks what the reason for your call is, say "operator", then when they ask for more info, say "I want to check my payments". They will then offer a callback after a short amount of time on hold and you also skip the recordings that ramble on when all you want to do is speak to someone.

It definitely depends on who you speak to. I called last week and spoke to a lovely man who told me what the 'predicted' arrears and supp payment amount would be. I then called several days later and the lovely lady told me that they were just waiting on the ATO to process everything on their end, but she gave me a predicted date that my arrears would be paid. My tax return has been processed and I called centrelink again today to find out exactly when to expect my supps. I spoke with a man who rude and just did not want to help at all, wouldn't even give me the arrears and supps amount (even though I already know the predicted amount). He just said that "we are still waiting on the ATO" and it can take up to 28 days.. I've read that some of you ladies have had centrelink push it through .... how do they do that?.... I'm not in any rush for it, but I don't understand why centrelink are so secretive about it..

I just went online and filled out the non lodgement for Centrelink and as soon as I went back to my home page it showed as the next payment which means I will get it on the 24th.

I was expecting to wait or have to call someone It seems I'll get the full supplements but no arrears payment to balance anything. I shouldn't have been so good with my estimates! Lol.

Great timing as DF asked last night if we can use it to pay rego.

When they push it through, it just means they balance it over the phone for you then and there. It's just a matter of getting a decent operator to help you.

If they are waiting for info from the ATO they can't do it until they hear from them unfortunately.
