All of you ladies seem to way more sussed about this then Centerlink is.

I have done my tax, estimated time will be 5th August for the refund to be paid to me, does this mean my centerlink CCR payment will have to wait until the ATO has done their thing?

My app advises me "still waiting" with my centerlink account? Is this how it works, ATO talks to Centerlink then reconcilliation gets completed, or did any of you recieve your payments immediatly after you lodged your taxes.

    Any and all help appreciated.

Dh and I did our tax 3 weeks ago and we both got our returns from the tax office...but nothing from centrelink, so I called them thismorning and they processed it. But yes, you won't get the centrelink payment until yours and your partners tax has been done. You shouldn't need to chase centerlink, but I had to to hurry it up.

Yep, it's the ATO holding things up. Same happened with us.

That sucks!! You said you called and it got processed? Can they do that over the phone?? The person i spoke too last week said just wait and see, it *should* show up this week sometime...

We're waiting on it to sort out a few things nothing dramatically important, but im a very impatient person - especially when it comes to money!

Our car needs a fair bit of work, so I can't wait until it comes through If there's enough left over we're going to get some camping equipment, so excited

They can only process it once the ATO has passed it through. When I called thismorning she said it was my dh's tax info they were waiting on yet we got it done at the same time! His got processed over the weekend so that's how she was able to get my ftb lump sum pushed through faster.
