    I called 1hr ago, got a call back in 15 mins, he put it through and is being paid Tuesday! Over $1000 so pretty damn happy!!

    I had the same conversation yesterday! My app is saying it's waiting for the last financial year payment which on the 11th. App hasn't updated from 4th July. Frustrating.

    I agree with everyone else. Luck of the draw with calling. The guy I spoke to yesterday didn't want to help me, said"oh don't worry what the app says. It will be done when it gets done." Not a happy camper. Never had an issue with centrelink, but he was very unhelpful.

    I rang up and spoke to a very lovely lady who has pushed it through and it was immediately showing on my app to be paid on Tuesday! So glad...we have so many things left to buy for bub and ds2s birthday all in 4 weeks. Has taken so much stress away.

    Yay thats great glad she was helpful. Really does take away a bit of stress!! Using mine for flights to bris and was getting anxious about not booking when its cheap but happy now.

    Sorry to others that have had poo heads. Try again another day/time and hopefully you'll have more luck then.

    The guy I had when I called had no idea what he was doing or what I was talking about. He updated my kids schooling info and then said oh it's working on a reconciliation for you. So I don't think he actually did anything lol
