It's not a private agreement, it's through CSA. I didn't think CSA mattered either but I got the impression from fellow single mum friends that it did /-:

I had too fill in the non lodgement online, I am on single payment all yr, but it does not work for me online, so I did it from the app, and then called centrelink, woman put me on hold for about 10 minutes and it has updated for my supps to be paid on Monday.

noidea what the payments are meant to be, but I am getting $5800, and I have 4 kids.

It's normally $725 each kid & $350 per family plus what ever arrears you are entitled to, that's a good return

5800 is a great return! I'm hoping I get some arrears because I stopped my rent assistance and reduced my ftb a and b enough to pay my advance and my actual income earned was 4000 less than I estimated. So hoping I get something on top of supps! Butttt still waiting on my husband's group certificate from his last job. They are soooo slow!

We overestimated by 7000 and I got $4800 today. Very happy with that. We have 4 kids but we got about $1700 in arrears.

I rang centrelink last week and they said it is all sorted on their end but my app still says waiting. Does that mean it's done and just in waiting to be finalized by them or what? Can anyone tell me?

Happy happy happy just called again and was on the phone for a total of 37mins. The guy I spoke to was lovely and was like 'oh. All the details are here ill check out whats happening' then said ill put that through a little quicker for you. Put me on hold for a couple of mins and then said my supps will be in on Monday, Tuesday at the latest woot woot.

@Purple Lily maybe give em another call. Kinda luck of the draw but hopefully you get someone that wants to help
