    Odin has a certain outlaw connection that you might want to look into before using it - just saying.
    River is nice, I've seen the variant Rio also.
    The others are going to flood pre-schools in 5 years time, very 'trendy' right now.
    Sorry

    Sorry
    The same is true for all sorts of names over the years though. Does anyone actually consider that as a factor when choosing names?

    Yes.

    After seeing 3 Sophies in a row at the playground one morning, I decided my second wasn't going to have a top 10 name.

    Fair enough. I think something like that would put me off a popular me as well!

    I thought about it when naming mine, just my thoughts based on seeing the names at my girls daycare. The 'different' names are the one's with double (or triple) ups and the classic names are the rarity now.
    Celebrity names just seem to multiply, like the rise of the Harlow's

    Odin = Not sure, but just doesn't work for me. It's like using Thor or Zeus. I just wouldn't.
    Jett = Hello 90s
    River = See above, although I do like this name.

    Saige - Pretty, but I'd leave out the 'i' because she'd have to keep spelling it for everyone and having the extra letter there doesn't change how it sounds.
    Willow = I love Willow, always have
    Indianna = The ONLY thing I think of when hearing that name is the famous line from Indianna Jones. "We named the DOG Indianna". However not everyone would think of that. But it'd definitely stop me from using it personally.

    The only other problem that I can see at the moment is that the names Sage and Willow were the names of that TV chef who's twin daughters died in the boxing day fire in their house .
    That's not a reason to not use those names of course, people die in tragic ways every day. I just couldn't use either of them (so no Willow for me ) because it would make me sad often.

    Of course as I said, my problems aren't everyone else's lmao!
