    This only changed a few years ago in NSW. But if you did nationally recognised training they usually want you to be a high school graduate (School cert for example) for a Cert III or above.

    I don't know much about NSW. I finshed school 10 years ago and even then completition of yr 10 was not considered graduating.
    It obviously varies between states though.
