Default Ergo - sport or performance?

    Hi mums!

As the title says which is better the Ergo sport or the Ergo performance?

I have both brand new, and want to sell one.

    I'm 5'8 and DH is 6'2
Bubs will be born in Winter (Aug)
We will use it alot when we travel in May to Europe when buns will be 8 months.

    Please help me decide!!!

    THANKS

I prefer the performance, I have used both

Reasons - the storage pocket, stays nice looking for longer, doesn't fade, taller in the body so more support for toddler down the track

    HTH!

I think the main difference was heat, yeah? The Sport had a more breathable mesh?

I have the performance and love it!

Nope, no mesh on the sport - that's the performance. The performance is the coolest most breathable, and then the sport.

    Thanks!!

My only concern with the performance is that it doesn't have the think padding on the straps Like the sport one does.

Does the performance cut into your shoulders at all!

    Thanks again

The first two colors that came out in the performance were green/black and a blue/grey. The shoulder straps are quite thin on those two. Then they introduced the charcoal grey and electric blue colors, and also increased the padding in them. The first two colors are discontinued now.

I had the grey/blue first, and now have the charcoal and I do find the extra padding is more comfy. The straps never cut in though, as the weight is mainly on your hips anyway. HTH!

Cheers! I must have got a discontinued one. That's super helpful , cheers! I'm going to stick with the sport for now and sell the performance one.

    Thanks gals for your help.
