Mine broke in bed. Felt a warm wet gush. I jumped up and made it to the ensure before completely gushing everywhere lol! DP said it sounded like the tap was running haha

I had a Water birth with dd2 and when my water broke there was a pop and it kind of gushed and bubbled out.

If you think your water has broken it's best to put a pad on, amniotic fluid will keep leaking, then the midwives can test it to make sure.

Mine broke in the bath and scared the hell out of me! I felt a bit of pressure lower down and then a 'pop' followed by a gush of liquid there's no way I wouldn't have noticed that... So glad it didn't happen in public felt like a lot of fluid!!!

It didnt hurt as my waters broke. But soon after you get more pressure because baby's weight is no longer supported by the fluid and baby's head starts to press down onto cervix more.

Mine broke in the supermarket when I was talking to the manager. I felt a release of pressure & some of it came out. Got in the car & drove 2 mins home for it to completely let go. I always joked with the manager during my pregnancy that my waters would break in isle 5 lol!

Mine must've broken in the bath as I had a waterbirth but I didn't feel anything or notice a pop.

Mine broke on the toilet. No pop or gush here, it was just a trickle but I could tell it was coming from the vagina not urethra (how's that for TMI lol!). If it happened in the bath I might not have noticed, but I started having mild contractions afterwards and a small amount of pink fluid leaked with each one.
