Way too early to test. I agree that First Response is most sensitive early HPT. But test the MORNING your period is due, no earlier.
J (doctor, but more importantly mother, TTC#2, with 2 recent miscarriages. In last 2 pregnancies, both failed however, First Response gave me a positive several days before other brands. Even so, did not become +ve until day 28 of my 28-day cycle.) Does that help?

I got a positive 6 days before AF was due with both my boys. I just knew I was pregnant both times and kept testing each day and watched the line get darker :-)

    Both were first response too

Well we agree at least that First Response is most sensitive! We should get some sort of financial stipend for endorsing them!!

Thanks for all your replies. I've brought a pack of the first response tests and I'm going to test a day or so before AF. Fingers cross!!
I don't like the feeling of not knowing why my body is doing things, just hope it's not playing cruel tricks on me.

When I was at the shop there was another brand there that claim they are the most sensitive. Confirm?? They said you can test any time of the day and 6 days before period. Any one tried them?
