    Yeah it's surprising how not eating enough can actually be detrimental to weight loss.

    Nope I'm not inspiring myself - others are inspiring me though... I've just been constantly treading water - for over a year :/

    Yeah I am sure I was under eating also. Not eating much but what I was eating was sh@t, just felt like I had no time to care for moi!!!
    It's damn hard work I tell ya
