I just came across this old thread.
How is everyone's clean eating going?
I am on day 4, so far so good. It's actually been a lot easier than I thought considering how terrible I used to eat!

Bump! Wondering if anyone has a clean eating veggie bake or potato bake that I can make in bulk for the family?

Ha!!! Wowsa - forgot about this thread. I'm going okay but then blow out in a pretty huge scale from time to time as well. Thankfully I'm exactly the same weight.

    How is everyone else??

Still 25-27 kilos down. I go up and down every few months after tonight's small pizza I'm guessing it's an up ! Haha
I still eat clean 30 days a month though. 15 months down now, it's my lifestyle

I eat clean too, but I don't think it matters to have a 'blow out' every now and again.

I am still about 13 kilos down on where I was a year ago. I must admit that certain junk foods just aren't appealing to me anymore. I'll always love good quality ice cream though!!

Yeah i think you just get over it. I used to love many things. The only junk I can't kill the crave is chocolate and I went from being a KFC fast fooder to pizza which I have once every 1-2 months. Tonight I gorged ! Haha
Well done on the 13 kgs

Thanks Kelly. Well done to you too

I think a big thing that has helped me is making sure I'm not undereating. I actually think it was calorie restriction that made me overweight in the first place! I just fill up on mostly whole foods now and it has made such a difference.
