I eat very similarly to you, and I can not tell you how much it is doing for my overall health (and my waistline lol).
Oh nice!!! Please add you pics to the thread. I find it very inspiring to see others achievements.

Yeah that's it hey. I think this is where being accountable on instagram helps me. I went to make toast the other day because I was just in the mood for bread loaded with butter when a follower commented that my clean food inspired them. Straight away I changed my breakfast choice. It's a really motivating tool to be standing behind your food online.

I actually haven't taken any pics. I wish I had now! Especially since my tight jeans are now loose

So im guessing cheese is off limits? And full cream milk? Im starting this type of eating today. Its really a no brainer diet and has motivated me to be strict and get rid of some weight before ttc. Ive taken some before pics so i can compare every couple of weeks. Im excited!! Thanks OP.

I'm going dairy, grain and sugar free so pretty much meat, lots of veg especially the green an healthy fats like nuts and avocado. If your going to eat stuff (I use coconut milk) use the normal full fat because far free just means loaded with sugar and all things unnatural

Wow you look amazing!! Great results. And the food looks so yummy.

Do you exercise or have you lost weight just through clean eating?
I remember reading somewhere that if you had a perfect diet but didn't work out, you would still lose weight faster/be healthier than someone who ate crap and exercised. Wonder if that's true...?
    I hate exercising lol

Also can I follow you on instagram?

Yeah the only dairy I have is natural Greek yoghurt and cottage cheese. I also have cups of tea with trim - that's my vice!!! Should probably give that up to but it's only a small clean eating sin - lol

I have exercised to lose the bulk of my weight (like 20kg of it) but the last few months I haven't exercised at all. I feel worse off for it though.
