subbing so I can come back and read all the past replies when i've got more time. So keen to kick start my healthy eating and lifestyle change. I am a junk food and soft drink addict. This is going to be soooo hard but i've got to do it, not just for me but for my daughter too!

So I weighed in today and after my first week of clean eating (with one not so clean day) I have lost 2.2kgs!!! SO HAPPY!!!

I haven't done my grocery shop yet this week so i'm just trying to cut back on my junk, day 1 and so far I had a fruit salad with plain yoghurt for brekky (big deal for me cos I NEVER eat brekky), a Green Tea with Peppermint, and i'm on to my 2nd bottle of water... No coke or junk so far. Getting hungry now so am going to pop out to get lunch - might opt for a ham and salad sandwich of multi grain bread.
Baby steps lol - my body is going to go into shock!
I think besides the feta, my lunch today was pretty clean and super tasty! 50g salmon, 1/5 avacado, 30g Danish feta, 125g chickpeas, 5 cherry tomatoes, .5cp cucumber, .5cp parsley and 2tsp olive oil for dressing YUM
Fallen off the wagon this weekend, had lost 1.9 kg until the weekend where I had alcohol, Turkish bread and dip, cold rock. Weighed in this morning and ended up only losing 600grams... Bugger!!! Then had a grilled chk Greek salad for lunch and ate about 10 of my daughters wedges with sour cream and now have an extremely sore belly with stabbing pains. need to get back on track!!
Dessert tonight - almonds, strawberries and grapes.... So satisfying I am surprised!
