    Ooh a warm smoothie -nice!!

    Any ideas for tackling the after-dinner "I need something sweet" munchies? I always get really hungry again after dinner matter what I eat... Grrrr

    I have a glass of milk after dinner from my sons sippy cup. For some reason it tastes better from a sippy cup... ( full cream)

    Yummo!!! Fresh dates are delicious - like natures lollies. I try not to have them too often though.

    I don't really get sweet cravings anymore but I used to struggle with it. I would just have dates and a cup of tea
