Rice milk was one of the most vile things I have ever tasted in my life. I am sure there are people out there that like it but it most certainly wasn't for me.

    Your soup looks so yummy!

I need help... Dh has been doing really well since he started on Friday! Today my mum & stepdad arrive from interstate. I'll be out most of the day til this evening.

I need something easy / quick to prepare for us + parents! Mum wanted to get take away but I don't want to throw dh off and it's my bday tomorrow so we are going out tomorrow night.

Step dad is not a salad kinda guy but I don't have a lot f money to buy ingredients.... I do have chicken breast, veg, salad... Any suggestions???

In not a fan either but I do love almond milk. It has the most beautiful flavor. I have it in my coffee.

This morning I made a warm smoothie which was interesting. - made with banana, walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, oats and hot water. It was interesting but seemed to be missing something. I might add some dates next time... It reminded me of banana bread.
