    Hrm... I personally don't find it that much more expensive as I'm not buying expensive packaged foods and my hubby isn't buying lunches in the city because I make it for him. So for us, it works out about the same. Not sure about the fridge question though as I buy ours fresh every few days from a local farm that grows all the produce.

    I also pop a bit of stock in. Fridgesmarts are Tupperware containers that keep the fruit and veg fresher for longer. Amazing for mushrooms.

    Im afraid im not very inventive, i just flavour most of my meals with pepper, ive been eating pretty bland stuff for such a long time now, im getting a bit over it, but its the easiest way for me.

    I would have had pure cream no milk with my oats if it wasn't socially unacceptable lol.

    Love chai seeds too.. I get the white ones and soak them with my oats for breakfast
