You can get quinoa flakes or just have fruit with natural Greek yoghurt and cinnamon. Or a smoothie with banana, baby spinach leaves, ice and Nat Greek yoghurt with chia seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon is yummy.

Ive been considering doing this and reading your thread for the past month (procrastinating, yes I know!!) but Ive decided as I cant stop thinking about it - Im gonna have to do it!! I have a big weekend planned but starting next week it will be great to give it a go. Ive been contemplating cutting out bread from my diet (as much as I can cos I love it!) and trying other milks like rice or almond.. might be a goods start methinks

Now just to get motivated to cook meals that I can eat that DH wont whinge about (he is a fussy eater, doesnt like veggies!) - need to get creative finding stuff I can adapt.

ooooh it must be a sign... Im currently away for work at the moment and boarding at one of DHs family member's house. I reading this thread and looking at websites and saw a lot of comments about chia seeds. Decided I need to try some and will look when I go shopping when I get home on the weekend. Just went to make myself a cuppa, opened their pantry and found.... chia seeds!!!!

Hey I don't find it more expensive myself. Unless I'm buying raspberries for $9.

My stuff seems to last but I do use fridge smarts and I make a soup out of any veg left at the end of each week so there's no wastage.
