    Well done. Im weighing myself again today. Its been 3 weeks today. At the 2 week mark id lost 3.3kg so will b interesting to see

    What yoghurt does everyone buy? I tried to have a nice breakfast this morning.. But the greek yoghurt was so sour! I've had the Tamar valley no added sugar before but couldn't find a big container.. Only the little tubs.. and wasn't sure how "clean" it is. So i got dairy farmers natural greek i think. Yuck.

    I'm not going to full clean eating at this stage.. as i'm pregnant and cravings and morning sickness are full on.. Anyway.. Here was my breakfast:

    I buy low fat greek yogurt and sweeten it with fruit and a little honey or cinnamon

    I binged on Lindt choc at 3am this morning...

    but other than that still been clean since 22 days ago my workouts are improving and hopefully wnt be too much longer before I can start lifting weight!

    Ive been disabled from uploading pics by an administrator :S So i cant upload anymore of my clean meals..

    Yup, I use Dairy Farmers natural yogurt and sweeten it with fruit

    I had leftover soup for lunch and this was my afternoon snack. Natural yogurt, passion fruit, strawberries, blueberries and sliced almonds:

    Dinner last night - pan fried salmon with cumin roasted pumpkin, roast carrot, baby spinach, rocket, peptita, sunflower seed and four bean salad.
