Lol i actually looked through my clean eating pics from the last 2.5 weeks and im eating 1 slice of rye bread every second day when i average it out. I still lost a good ,healthy amount of weight too
Compared to the amount of bread i used to eat and sometimes white bread thats a HUGE improvement.
Might cut it down a bit more now. Thought i was eating it less than that!!
