What do you each mean by clean eating? There are so many variations, whether it's cutting out gluten, carbs, sugar or only eating organic etc...

I mean just eating meat, fruit and veg. Also natural yoghurt, Rye (Ryvita) crackers, quinoa etc.

No sugar, honey, sauce, bread etc. Nothing processed apart from what's mentioned above. Plus water for drinks (I also have tea with a little bit of trim)

Check out the gracious pantry on google. I still have honey (in small doses) and a couple of slices of rye bread a week but i still consider what I'm doing clean eating

I *personally* dont think cutting out bread completely is necessary as long as its in moderation and ONLY the wholemeal grain or dark rye option. Its still unprocessed natural food.

I think they play an important role in a healthy diet and great for energy when working out alot.

I only eat bread once or twice a week tho.

Im eating wholemeal pasta in a meal im making next week for the first time in over 3 weeks. With a tomato based sauce and HEAPS of veg. I wont eat it then for another few weeks tho
