I've been having oats for breakfast with a dash of honey and apple and cinnamon thrown in there. Lunch's are mainly ryvita's with hommus, tuna and tomato or dinners left overs. Dinner has been grilled salmon on a bed of baby spinach with oven roasted capsicum and zucchini or last night was a lazy night so I made 2 poached eggs on a bed of tomato and mushrooms mixed with basil and garlic. It was DELISH and DH loved it! I have two snacks a day, one being a piece of fruit and the other a handful of nuts.
I'm really loving this clean eating! It's so weird but I actually feel clean and my tummy has already gone down. Yayyyy!
