I made the best clean eating pineapple and coconut muffins last night! OMG they were delish!!! DH loves dessert so I don't want him to miss out. Goes to show you can have healthy clean eating desserts too! No sugar in it. Just honey and the sweetness of the pineapple. I found the recipe on the gracious pantry .. ? Anyways, it was DELISH and we had it with a tablespoon of natural greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon. I wish I had taken a picture!

Well done!! You should be very very proud!

I am on day 2 of clean eating and to be honest, I'm actually really liking it. I love the clean eating recipes I've found and even though I have a killer headache today (from the sugar withdrawals) I feel really happy I've made this change!

    No idea.

Im not counting calories, just clean eating and not allowing myself to get hungry by snacking when i start to feel hungry.

On average im eating 3 small meals and 1 snack per day.

I think there's an app that you can input your food into and it will tell you. I used to have it but can't remember the name.
