    Love this thread! Have been looking for an easy way to start feeling healthier and losing weight, CE sounds like a good place to start, although will probably have to try and kick the caffeine addiction! Inspiration to the max in here!

    Shan and boc- you upload some felicious foods! Ill have to start uploading my meals too

    I heat up my rolled oats in the microwace using just water then add a sprinkle of cinnamon and some almonds or berries - tastes great! I think once you cut out sugar altogether (bar carbs and fruits etc) including sauces, and packaged food added sugars, you really just start to get used to natural food tastes and things dnt always have to taste sweet anymore oats with almonds has such a natural nutty flavour and the cinnimin adds a little spice to it

    I find taking pics of everything i eat and uploading them all to Instagram really helps keep me motivated as i have to show others im sticking to it.

    I agree i ate quite a bit of sugar prior to this and now i feel like i really taste the food and it doesnt taste bland or boring as my taste buds have adjusted, its great

    Breakfast ... I'm afraid to say that's all I've eaten today. Terrible I know. I just got caught up in packing boxes.
