    I thought I had a pretty good diet - we don't really eat take-away or junk, but when I had a good hard look at it I was having way too much bread & potatoes etc. It's so surprising how just cutting back on those carbs for a few days has made a huge difference to how I feel! Hopefully I can stick to it, but so far have found it pretty easy.

    I had all bran with banana and low fat milk for brekkie 2 days in a row and its made me feel blergh! Prob the milk yeah?

    That's not a bad thing - you'll be toning and shrinking for sure. The number of the scale isn't as important as how you feel and the cm you are losing Yay for a great week!!!!

    Take pictures of your waist area from front on, side on and from the back ad do it again in 2 weeks u will notice more than on the scales
