    In the message go to 'open advanced options' then photo album. Choose your pics and it will say something about mac size. Click on that then choose the thumbnail of the new photo click inline and it inserts it. Sounds a lot but is very easy.

    I'm not as good as just being able to plop them in water, I do it the notquitenigella.com way. I have to pop it in glad wrap. Comes out perfect every time. I do it the other... Epic fail!

    Ill post these for a little bit. I eat healthy, but i still like my sugar so i eat some sweets, but within my calorie limit. (1500-1700cals a day).I workout 9times a week. Ive lost 9.5kg in 9mths. (6kg of that in the last 4mths). I went from 81kg to 71.5kg. A size 14 to a size 10 (pants, tops are 12-14 because im breastfeeding). I went from 'overweight' to 'ideal'. And i almost have a sixpack (ive got a 2pack so far)

    Wow!! IndigoJ you look amazing!!! Job well done! I really need to start exercising again. What do you do 9 times a week?? I'm going to aim for 5 times a week.

    I do lots of different things. Sometimes i have Wednesday or Saturday or Sunday off. Now that its school holidays ive only been going 6-7times.

    Monday - 60min Cardio/strength

    Tuesday - 60min Cardio/strength
    - 60min Boxing

    Wednesday either - 60min Yoga
    - 60min/6km walk(either pushing pram and babywearing or pushing pram with one child, or pushing double pram-two kids)
    - OR BOTH

    Thursday - 60min boxing
    - 60 min strength/stretching (toning)

    Friday - 60min strength/stretching(toning)

    Saturday - 60min/6-7km walk (either pushing pram and babywearing or pushing pram with one child, or pushing double pram-two kids)

    Sunday - 60min/6-7km walk (either pushing pram and babywearing or pushing pram with one child, or pushing double pram-two kids)

    This is me (not in order but) Pre bub, The day I had bub, and now (3 weeks post bub)

    Pre bub I worked out around an hour a day all different thing mainly high intensity tabata style training, aerobics, cardio, weight lifting ie: squats lunges mil press deadlifts with 35kg-50kg

    during preg I kept up daily 30 min cardio and did some light weights (1-2kg) and a bit of pilates plus tried to eat clean but larger portions for most pg, until 36 weeks

    Post preg Im now eating clean again but also starting up some cardio aerobics but thats about it until I get the thumbs up from doc to introduce any core related or harder stuff

    Will start uploading meals as I go. Im eating slightly more in a day then usuall because pf breastfeeding (around 2300cals I would guess)
