    I wash all chicken before cooking. I also boil water in kettle after doing it and throw hot water around the sink to get rid of any germs. No need for disinfectants, boiling hot water kills anything

    Lol I thought you said you 'enjoy' the sink after chicken, I was thinking Whaaat!!

    No I don't wash my chickens before roasting but every time this thread pops up I think it's about washing live chickens...............

    Sorry to go OT but does the enjo kill the bacteria?
    I've never used enjo so don't really understand how it could but have friends who rave about it like its a magical solution to every cleaning problem!

    Please enlighten me as to the magic ability of enjo ;-)

    I always wash the cavity and pull any bits out before I stuff it with lemon, rosemary and garlic.
