Default 4 month old day / night naps

Hi, my four month old daughter is all-of-a-sudden reversing her day/night sleeps. She has very long naps through the day (3/4 hours), and then won't sleep for longer than 1-1.5 hours at night and is up again for a feed. Any tips for how I can switch this round or what I should do?

Generally I wouldn't wake a sleeping baby, but in this case I would probably be getting bubs up after 1.5 hours for each day sleep. Also go out between each sleep to get fresh air and sunshine, even if it is just a walk around the block. That always helps me the most when I have jetlag.
