I watch it on/off, I'm just wondering how Nina doesn't know for sure that she is pregnant. I mean isn't she an OB? Cant she do a HPT and urgent Blood test??

She didn't want to test early because it would be inconclusive and she didn't want people to gossip at work so got the bloods done through phillip noonan's clinic.
I think the writers wanted to strech it out over 2 episodes.

Yeah except if her period is late (which is why she suspects she is pregnant) then an hpt is pretty accurate. It's all a bit silly, but I just can't help watching it!
