    Default Afraid to test

I miscarried in April and I am late with my period. My first period after my miscarriage came regularly even though the drs said that it may come late. It was heavier... I dont want to test cause I dont know what will happen... I know I would hate to miscarry again after I feel like I am picking up the pieces again. I know I have to.... wishing I had some tests right now to put my mind at ease!!

This is exactly how I felt when I found out I was pregnant again this time. I had just come off a miscarriage on 30 May 2012 and was waiting for AF to arrive so we could start IVF. My DH suggested that I should do a test because I definitely should have AF by now...I knew he was right but like you, I was too scared. When it came back positive, I messaged him at work and told him it looks as though our IVF plans have been delayed. I called the clinic and advised them, they asked me if I was going to do hcg monitoring. I asked why? It will only end in a miscarriage in a week or so anyway like all the others. She convinced me to go ahead and do it but sadly I did miscarry. I had a small bleed on Monday and yesterday and today it is in full swing. I only tell you this because I know exactly how you're feeling but I wish you a whole lot more luck than I had.

Here's wishing for a sticky one for you :-)

Sorry to hear mumtobe36yo, I know how you feel. Try not to let it get you down too much so that the sadness and stress don't affect your cycle. Here's hoping we both have some sticky news very soon.
