Default Does your LO have a favourite??

I have no idea what has gotten into DS lately, he has been super clingy to his daddy at the moment not wanting a bar of me at all. DH has been on holidays for the past week so they have spent loads of time together.
So do all children go through a phase when the prefer dad over mum or vise versa?? I'm starting to feel really really unloved

My DS is doing this as well. Daddy is the bees knees!! It was really bad for a couple of weeks were I couldn't even hold him if DH was around, and DH had to do all the bed times and the wake ups etc. But now, although daddy is still fav (he is the fun parent), he is pretty much back to normal. But yes, I cried a few times and felt like crap when it was going on.

DD can get pretty clingy to me, doesn't like me out of her sight after I pick her up from daycare. She does get pretty excited when DF gets home, squeals, babbles at him, follows him etc but in general & if she gets upset or is tired & cranky & we are both home it is all "Mummummum!"
Will see how it goes, I'm still her walking milkbar so that does give me the edge lol. DF was abit upset about it when she went through a super clingy period but is understanding it more. Am sure it'll even out as she gets older.
