Question - especially for J if she's around!

Has anyone ever cut the inside of their vagina? Like, scratched it? Because I think I did today.

AF has finished (brown blood yesterday) and so I was in the shower and decided to take out my menstrual cup and check my cervix, and when I got out the shower there was red blood on my vagina.

It's still bleeding (not gushing, just drops since 12:30) and I know it's not my period because my cervix is already higher and closed, and it's just not the right kind of period blood and it's at the opening of the vagina I think (rather than coming down from inside).

I read that vaginas take longer to heal than other places, so I am expecting it'll still bleed for a little while longer, but has anyone had anything similar happen?

I should be okay to inseminate in a week or so, do you think?

Gah! It will make checking cervix and CM a lot more annoying if it doesn't heal quickly.

Pinkorblue MissFaery and LilSmurfy- Sorry that you both got AF. Fx for this month though! Onwards and upwards as they say!

Eko and LuvBug- Yay for BFP!! So happy for you both! This thread is heating up now!

Tormy- those hormone levels are really good! So you must have O'd yes? Fx for your blood test on Tuesday! Oh I so hope I have levels like that when I have my BT a week on Tuesday!

Toonzie- my recipe for sugar free banana and walnut bread is:

    1 mashed banana
    1 egg
1/2 cup sugar (I used natural xylitol same quantity)
1 and 1/2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp margarine
    1/2 cup apple puree
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    2 tsp vanilla essence

I just chucked it all in my food processor to mix and put it in a loaf tin in the oven at 170 degrees. I think it took about half an hour for the skewer to come out clean. Hope it turns out well for you too! DS loves it and I can let him eat cake guilt free! I guess you could experiment with gluten free flour and dairy free margarine and see if it rises.

AFM- we are still DTD every 1.5 to 2 days in the hope that I am ovulating on the 100mg clomid this month. I am seriously considering changing FS if I have not O'd this month to someone who will do an U/S to see if there are eggs waiting to be released. Can't go on waiting for day 21 bloods only every month. Too much disappointment. Think I will talk to my current FS when I go for my BT results on the 9th and if it''s not good talk about it with him. If he won't/doesn't do the u/s then I might jump ship to another one.

I have, it sucks! Lol. And ex was a bit rough one night (can you say "selfish lover" heh) and I copped a nasty scratch from one of his fingernails. It took quite a while to heal, about 2 weeks from what I remember.
I do remember bleeding slightly for a couple of days, but it was never a real lot at a time.

I wouldn't think it would affect insem, but I'm no medic heh.
