Default relaible car to fit 3 child restraints on a budget

It seems the impossible task at the moment. I am pregnant with my third and our cars are way too small for 3 child restraints. My children will be 4 and almost 3 when bub is born so all 3 need restraints.
Lots of cars have the 3 anchor points for seats but when i go look at them it is clear that 3 seats would be a very tight squeeze (if they even fit at all) and cars that would comfortably fit 3 are way out of our price range or ancient (we don't want a car too old as reliably is a huge factor).
The most we can afford to spend is 30k (and not a dollar more) - we really, really don't a car loan (it would be a too much for us and i hate them).
Can this be done? I am freaking out about this right now.

Hey, I have a commodore executive wagon, it was $18,000 second hand (3 years old at the time) It fits three across with no problems. I had to get a couple extra anchor points installed but they were only $80 or something like that.

    Good luck.

You could definitely get a good second-hand Territory for under 30k

(I just did a quick search on carsales, there were heaps of 2009-2010 models for 30k!)
