So I'm only 5 and half weeks, but have been getting increasingly worse morning sickness over the last week or so. Trying to keep this from work colleagues is getting harder and harder!
I need to eat every 1 to 1.5 hours or start feeling really nauseous and light headed. All I want to eat are potato scallops and ice cream! Not together though! No weird cravings like that yet
I'm struggling to find healthy snacks, that I am 'allowed' to eat to get me through the day and would love to hear some ideas???
To complicate matters, I have a gluten intolerance and fruit seems to make me feel worse...so that makes it a little harder.
What did you eat to get you through your morning sickness?
