Default Prem baby head size to make beanies

My little man was 35+3 with head 34cm...
I bought preemie beanies which stretched and were pointless after a couple wears...knitted pretty ones woud have been awesome!

25 weeks and 22cm. Knitted beanies were great for the first three weeks on the ventillator - but then when on CPAP she couldn't wear beanies anymore!
