A friend of mine bought white clothes, onesies and bibs, and fabric paints.
Everyone got to make clothes for the baby. It isn't a game, but it was equally as fun.

My SIL didn't want any games when I threw her shower but did let me do a game we made up called " who's your mamma?" which was just really like a trivia game so no one had to get up or do anything but yell out the correct answer eg; who was Marcia, Jan and Cindy's Mum? Or who is Ruby Rafters mum? We had a mix of old and new TV movie/celebrity mums so the nannas could play!

At my baby shower my girlfriend that hosted it did some of the games that have already been said she also brought some fabric pens, and a piece of material everyone drew a small picture or a message to my baby. She then waited until bub was born added his name and date of birth and then made it into a blanket. It is sooooo beautiful and I love it!
    I'll attach a pic
When I hosted my girlfriends I bought a signature bear, made a nappy, attached a dummy and got everyone to sign it for his big sister. I also printed out booklet sheets with guesses for baby (size, weight, name) and wishes for the parents to be and any advice. I printed the cover aswell so then when everyone was finished I tied it all together with a ribbon. She loved it and her baby's big sister loves her bear

Thanks for all the replies they are great!

Another question - what about favours? Did you do them/been to a shower with them? If so, what are some good ideas? Thanks

We all got given chocolate spoons they were really just plastic spoons with chocolate melted on and sprinkles or little hearts etc on and wrapped in plastic but I though it was really nice.
The prizes were shower gels etc.

So I had my shower and thought I would put up the games we did!

We ended up doing the cutting of string for approx how big everyone thought my belly would be, also I bought some cards off ebay that leave a spot for everyone to write their guess of what the baby's gender, DOB, TOB, Weight, Length etc would be and a name suggestion, and we had a newborn size doll that needed to be unswaddled, nappy changed, and reswaddled and it was timed and the quickest won.

An idea that was last minute that came up was for the cards that everyone wrote on, a collection envelope went around and everyone put in whatever money they were comfortable with, then we took it home, and whoever wins and gets closest gets the money to buy a gift for bub once he/she is here. I thought that was really nice

Dont think this one has been mentioned...

At my sisters baby shower we played 'spit the dummy' with a bunch of cheap dummies.

We all lined up and on the count of 3 had to spit them out and who spat it out the furtherst won. It was hilarious.
