32 day cycle with intense pain week leading up to and first 2 - 5 days.
Period lasts for at minimum 8 days.
Can go through anywhere between 20 - 50 tampons on a bad day normally doubled up with a pad also for extra protection.

Have had periods that have lasted for months on end.
In March 2011 had surgery - bio, hysto, endo and laproscopy. They found Endo and scar tissues. My bladder is also stuck to another organ. Endo makes everything inside of you sticky.

I'm unfortunately the one they've tried everything on and nothing works.

    Fell pregnant 27 May 2012.
    Bleed heavily at 11 weeks.
Had to terminate at 16 weeks due to ruptured membrane.
They couldn't tell me if Endo was to blame.

Default Re: What's your typical cycle like with endometriosis

I have a 30-32 day cycle. An 8+ day menstration with light flow for one day, heavy flow for 2-3 medium for another 2 then the rest is light. On a heavy day I change tampon once an hour (average) medium is about once every 2-3 hours, and light can be anything from 4 hours saturated to barely anything. I bleed heavier between 2am and midday. I spot for at least 2 days before my period starts, sometimes all through the cycle.

I always ovulate late (cd 19 or later) with a 10-11 day lp. Hormonal contraceptives didn't work, and some left me bleeding 24/7
