Thankyou rainbow, it just sucks, really it does, you work so hard to acomplish something to have others think you are a vain showoff sucks. Anyone that knows me or anyone on here that followed my weightloss journel would know how hard I work and the struggles I have had with my weight my whole lie. Just wish people would think before expressing there opinions. Ahh.. bedtime for me too I think

Don't take your insecurity out on people who feel INCREDIBLY BRAVE enough to show off their bodies. Why the hell shouldn't they!!!!

Here's mine ladies I have lost 10kg in the past month, thats my before and after... I'm damn proud, not only of my few stripes (and like hell if anyone tries to make me feel bad because I have only a few and theirs are worse) and my bloody hard work getting back to this weight!!!

More importantly, I respect the hell out of my body now! Not only did it survive my perfect daughter, but its stronger than I ever knew

    You look fantastic, I'm jealous!
Can I ask how you got rid of your stretchies?

    Oh for gods sake.
I am sick to death of being made to feel guilty or vain if I want to show or even talk about my stomach because it doesn't check the boxes of what it "should" look like...?
You go off and write a check list of what constitutes an "allowed" picture and get back to me mmmmmkay?

Okay this is me right now - (nearly) 4 months (*sob*) post baby.

Though I'm still up 15kgs from conception & I weigh exactly what I weighed the day I left hospital I suppose I'm coming to terms with my body.

and I'll confess I was going to photograph in my ensuite but the bright bluish light is VERY unforgiving!!! so this is better. but see - SEE - stretch marks. lol.

in a way I prefer really really bad lighting in change rooms. so much better than sexy warm mood lighting and you buy something and then realise you look like a ****** in it. (by you I mean I)

Brooke - Plenty of water and sunlight, I also used Johnsons holiday skin, but not sure if that helped. But the main thing was time, it took around 6months before they started to fade. When I fell pregnant with DS2 when DS1 had just turned 1 they were already a silvery colour and they didn't go that angry when I was pregnant, but once he was born they pretty much faded to skin colour. Unfortunetly this time around, my stretchmarks are starting to go red again and I have gained a few more (didn't think that was even possible lol)

Naw thanks greenhorn, they definielty do fade, they just take time

Misswinter you look FABULOUS!!! And I love your bra in the second pic, very pretty
