Default For those who have/had Endo...

...did you get lower back pain with it? can you describe the pain?

I had endo removed before I fell pregnant with DD bu the pain I had was more like pelvic pain. Lots of bloating and stabbing pains that presented more like IBS than anything else. The timing of the pain was the giveaway as it would come on at ovulation time.

I stopped taking the pill a couple of weeks ago and now I'm nearing ovulation time. I had some nasty diarrhea a few nights ago and since then I've been feeling quite washed out with this horrible lower back ache. Its like the bones in the back of my hips are hurting it that makes sense. Nothing seems to ease it and its radiating down my right leg. No bloating or pelvic pain yet.

We were hoping to start TTC #2 but now I'm worried the endo has come back already. It didnt even occur to me until this morning that it could be endo and now I have a horrid feeling of dread that it's back.

I used to get this every month, especially the pain radiating down my thighs/calves.

Have you thought about seeing an osteo? I have been seeing one & I find it's helping my back pain.

I just have to ask though... have you taken a pregnancy test? They can also be pregnancy symptoms

I haven't seen an osteo, it might be worth a try. This ache is awful.

Haha, I would think its pretty much impossible that I'm pregnant! I wish that was it! We only DTD once just after AF after coming off the pill and then DH left on a work trip. I have always ovulated late (around CD18-22) so I don't think that's even happened yet! I like the way you think though lol!

I had horrible lower back pain. Later it got so bad that I was unable to bend over! For instance couldn't even bend over at the wash basin! At that time, I hadn't been diagnosed with endo and thought that I had stuffed up my back somehow.

After they removed my huge endometrioma during surgery, the pain disappeared. I was getting that back pain coz of the cyst pressing on some nerves. Also felt like peeing all the time, again that was coz of the cyst pressing on the bladder.

    Hope that helps.
