Dinner is around 7, bed time is about 8-8:30 for DD ( 1 and a bit ) and around 9:39-10 for DS ( 2.5yrs old).

DD pretty much walks around destroying everything in sight and pulling every item out of every drawer or cupboard till bedtime , she may occasionally stop to watch the tv or play with me on the floor .

DS will watch some tv or play the iPad with me on the couch while me and DH watch masterchef , then I rock DD to sleep and spend the next hour or so playing puzzles or blocks or reading books with DS , it's nice quality time where dd isn't annoying us .

    Nothing!

DD is only 2, and she has dinner at 4.30pm, then changes into her pyjamas, has a little bit of milk, brushes her teeth, and then straight to bed by 5pm.

dH gets home at about 6:15, dinner at half 6, shower, pjs, teeth, story/YouTube video on the phone in bed at about 7:15.
They used to play with DH after shower, but they were always overtired and there were always tears and tantrums etc, so we moved bed time forward and hour and it was been awesome

We do dinner, bath, 'active play' (wrestling, tickles, chaseys etc), then quiet time/ 'cuddles on the lounge' then bed. Time varies.

that way, when you do judge them,
you are a mile away.. and you have their shoes.

Dinner @ 5 and bed by 7pm for our 10 month old. During that time she plays with dad as he normally gets home just after dinner time so it's their bonding time.
