    Default Breastfeeding Vitamin Recommendations

    Hi ladies,

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good breastfeeding vitamin supplement?

    Thanks

I've also been taking Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Gold. Have been taking it since I found out I was pregnant with DS (about 18 months ago) and will probably just keep taking it until I've finished bf subsequent children / finished ttc.

I havent had bub yet, due in October but I've been taking Elevit since TTC and I'll be taking it while I breastfeed as well. As far as I know the ingredients and everything in it are similar to others though ie. Blackmores

Thanks ladies, at the moment I'm taking a prenatal that my naturopath gave me but wasn't sure if the ingredients where different for breastfeeding.
