Default Another kids bank account question

Does anyone know of a bank/credit union that would allow a 7/8 year old to have ATM access to their account?

I think people's choice credit union has the card option for children's accounts for kids in school. Might pay to check them out :-)

Where are you located? Perhaps check out some credit unions in your area?

I bank with a credit union and they won't allow a child to have ATM access as they aren't able to understand the terms and conditions. They gave me one when i was about 10 or 11 though.
