Trust me.. They don't advise and just dissapear interstate. While they have developed more ways to track them, they're not at all effective. There are many many MANY loopholes in the CPR!

In saying that, my mistake - I thought they weren't linked at all!

There are amendments and improvements. It's not 100% by any means but it's better. One day hopefully we will have a more cohesive system!

    OP- how are you going?

This is a terrible situation & I agree with the previous posts about the day care centre accepting a great deal more of the responsibility. For them to not answer your questions or concerns is totally unacceptable. They totally failed to look after your children & to just notify you of his leaving is giving you a) no control over the situation or b) no answers as to what happened. I would be skeptical how long they knew something was going on. I would be seeking out parents in the same situation ( whose kids were in that daycare) & perhaps file a complaint together? This way you can atleast speak to others directly affected in the same way you are. I really feel for you in this situation- no parent should go through this. Xx
