Immunisation Alllowance: should it be paid if you don't immunise your child?

Not the school supplement, the FTB supplent. You know the one where they withhold some of the payment then give it at tax time if no money is owing?

I'm confused now lol I was comparing the 'school' supplement to the immunisation payment. If i don't immunise, I don't get the immi payment. Similarly if I don't have a school child, i don't get the school supplement.
