I'm 6weeks btw
Panadol is safe to take during pregnancy and can reduce fever. I would take a couple and make an appointment with your GP ASAP. Also, monitor your temperature and if it creeps too far above 38 maybe head to the hospital ER? You could also call the pregnancy health direct hotline 1800 882 436. They are great to answer all your questions and will put your mind at ease.

Thanks heaps
I am currently in hospital with influenza and pnemonia and my temp has hovered at 38.8 for the past few days with no relief from panadol. The doctors said they weren't too concerned about the temp but more the infection causing it. I am currently 7w 4d and the only thing they have really been concerned about is what drugs they can give me and not being able to give me a chest xray.
If you start getting flu symptoms as well, sore throat, bad cough, headache and overall unwell feeling then definitely see a doctor asap.
Goodluck I hope you feel better soon.
