Default 15 week old, waking again every few hours

Our little one had graduated from sleep school with day sleeps fixed + sleeping from 7pm through to 3am for a feed (sometimes an additional feed around 11pm) and then up again a bit before 7am.

In this last week we're back to waking every hour or two, sometimes wanting a feed, other times just crying, maybe wind? We've also just had a lot of visitors in the house - is this normal???? Is it just a stormy week and we need to ride it out?

If it lasts longer than a week-10 days then it's more than a phase. Ride it out if possible.

Google 4 month sleep regression- your little one might be hitting it early. My girl is 18 weeks and only now her night sleep is going back to normal. The craziness started at about 16 weeks for us. Try to stay calm and ride it out. Also try to avoid distractions like visitors and breaks from the routine.

Thanks so much Poppy30 - I've just googled it and sounds like I'll just need to ride it out and hope he rides through it in a few weeks.
